Hartwood Hub is a privately owned profit for purpose business, based in Brisbane, Queensland. Our goal is to reduce the number of mature women who find themselves at risk of homelessness due to circumstances outside of their control. These could include becoming widowed, divorced, or other life-changing trauma.
About us
We aim to help women who have experienced the trauma of separation, divorce, becoming widowed or experiencing other life changing events. By Hartwood Hub providing short term rental solutions, in specifically designed and styled ‘havens’, together with access to much needed resources, the women will have both the time and the support to enable them to embrace the possibilities ahead. Our flagship home is a beautiful old, circa 1904, Queenslander located at East Brisbane and is called Fisher House.
